How To Reduce Your Weight Naturally Using Slimming Roots

Slimming roots are for people who are fat and needs a reduction in weight without fear of side effects. As there is the kitchen or homemade ingredients used for facial treatment, so is the kitchen or homemade ingredients for slimming.

 It is a root in our kitchen that we never believe will be amazing in trimming our weight to the desired form with no side effects but rather very nutritious and effective.


Personally, I have used ginger roots and it worked well for me as I lose more than expected weight that is why I advise that any of the mixture used should be monitored to prevent you from over losing your weight. The roots are listed below and how they can be prepared.

Method 1
Ginger is a root which works wonders when it comes to slimming and this can be achieved by washing and slicing ginger into 3 medium sized cups of water in a kettle and placed on the heat for it to boil very well, drain into a cup and drink in the morning, afternoon, and evening before meals.

To make it more effective, boil and drain into a flask and drink in place of water for as long as you wish using a measuring scale to watch your weight when you reach the desired point you stop or reduce the intake.
This root is also good for tummy blasting but needs to be watched.

Method 2
Boil lime juice with 2 – 3 bags of Lipton tea and drink a cup thrice daily till the size needed is achieved.

Method 3
Carom seed/ Bishop's weed can be boiled with ½ cup of water, drain into a cup and drink after a meal. You can lose 4 – 5kg in a month.

 OR you can infuse this seed in a cup of hot water over night add 1 tablespoon of honey and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.


Method 4
A mixture of curry leaves paste into a ½ tablespoon of lime or lemon juice and ½ tablespoon of honey in warm water can be taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Try this for three months and see the amazing results you will get.

Method 5
You can also drink a cup of filtered blend tomatoes and honey on an empty stomach in the morning.

Method 6
A mixture of lemon juice with honey can be taken on an empty stomach in the morning and after each meal, do this for two months and see results.


Method 7
A mixture of the blend and filtered chopped cabbage, pear slices and chopped carrot with the addition of salt and black pepper can be taken twice a day.

Method 8
You can blend and filter cucumber, lemon juice and add salt and black pepper to it and drink twice a day.

Method 9
You can boil 4 green tea bags with 5 cups of water when it boils add 3 teaspoons of lemon juice and drink thrice daily.
Generally, green tea helps many dieters to lose weight fast.

Method 10
3 teaspoons of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of powdered black pepper and 1 teaspoon of honey can be of great help to trim your weight fast and burn belly fat if taken twice daily for 2 months. You will see visible results.

Method 11      

You can also take pineapple, ginger, mint, and lemon. This is prepared by blending half of a pineapple with a handful of mint leaves and an inch of ginger root together with a glass of water. When it is well blended, filter this mixture into a glass and add lemon juice before drinking.
