     Horse Chestnut - it helps to strengthen your veins and curtails pains because of its anti-swelling and anti-inflammatory properties.

   But this remedy is not suitable for those with liver or kidney problems and it is not advisable for nursing and pregnant women to ingest or swallow horse chestnut.

    This can be effective by applying horse chestnut on the affected area externally twice a day OR take horse chestnut supplements on doctor’s prescription.
